The proximity of the paddock was ideal for our particular circumstance. Also, the agreeable nature of your staff to make necessary changes and still meet our required move-in date. I would tell all who would listen about the professional conduct of your staff and the quality of your product. By moving my in-laws into the paddock we are assured quality and safety for them.
The best thing that has happened in our lives, since moving into the Paddock, is that we live much closer to our daughter, her husband and her children. We get to see them more often. It was wonderful to be able to attend Grandparent’s day at our granddaughters’ school recently.
I did not consider building and moving into any other community. During this across country move I did not want a new build because of 2 other experiences I had with local new builds. I had quick turn around times on my email questions with the Pasch staff long distance then I did with phone or face to face meeting with the staff of my prior 2 local new builds. Updates and answers to my questions were seamless, making the 3 hour time difference invisible. No stress was added by remotely buying and closing on a new build with Pasch.
Our experience differed from other communities that we considered building and moving into for several reasons:
- There was no pressure from Tim to buy. He answered all our questions in a friendly, patient manner.
- We liked that Tim was willing to customize some items. For example: We had partial wall arches put between some of the rooms (between Living Room and Dining Room; between Dining Room and Kitchen; between Kitchen and Sun Room.
- We like that the Model that we chose because the bedrooms were all on one floor.
- We liked the idea of living in a Condo with the benefits of no raking leaves, no lawn mowing and no snow removal.
