Client Kickoff Meeting

Congratulations! You’ve selected your lot at The Paddock!

Now you’ll meet with your Project Manager to go over the home build process and pick out all of your selections for your new home build.

Homesite Preparation & Excavation

Every homesite preparation varies depending on the lot you’ve selected.

Sometimes trees need to be cleared, rocks need to be drilled out, soil needs to be brought in or removed, which makes each site unique.

Foundation

The first structural activity of your new home is the foundation.

During this phase, our team builds the structural support of your home and grades the area around the foundation. Once completed and inspected, the site is then backfilled and rough graded.

Framing

Up next, framing. The structure of your new home comes to life as all the lumbar for the walls, floors, ceilings, roof, windows and doors are put into place.

Rough In Mechanicals

Plumbing, heating, cooling and electrical rough-ins are next.

The floors, ceilings, roof, windows and doors are then put in place. You will complete your electrical placement walk through with your project manager.

Insulation & Drywall

During this phase, the exterior walls are insulated and inspected first. Then the team hangs the drywall, which helps each room start to take shape.

Carpentry & Painting

Remember all the choices you made during your client kickoff meeting? During this phase, they all come to life!

The walls and trim throughout your home will be prepped and painted. The team will also install cabinets, countertops, vanities and interior doors.

Flooring & Finishing Touches

After the painting is completed, your flooring and carpet selections will be installed as well as lighting and plumbing fixtures.

Once the final touches are completed, a final cleaning of your new home will be completed.

Homeowner Walkthrough

As your home nears completion, you will meet with your Construction Manager to walk you through your new home to make sure it exceeds your expectations before moving day.
